Catch of the Day
We make sure to use only the best ingredients, and so our catch of the day varies everyday according to what we get fresh and alive during the day. Some of the varieties we use are: dalagang bukid, labahita or surgeon fish,red snapper, mahi-mahi, Palawan grouper. Pan-seared and served with roasted local vegetables in season, quinoa and glazed with citrus sauce

Wagyu Philly Steak (NEW)
Wagyu beef sirloin medium cooked to preserve the best of its tastes. Served in a ciabatta bread with cheesy and melted mozzarella accompanied with potato wedges or sweet potato fries or fresh and seasoned salad.

Mixed garden Greens and Arugula with fried “Dilis”, Salted duck egg, Tomato confit drizzled with pomegranate vinaigrette.
